What I have learnt?

From looking at Kerrangs's cover, contents pages and double page spread is that there is a lot of colour used. The band is well known enough that the name and logos dont need to be the centre of attention and can be behind images and text. I now know that music magazine contents pages are not the same as those of other magazines. They are more colourful and use a lot more images. This magazine uses techniques to try and draw in the readers attention. Some examples of this are the use of coloured text on a background which makes the text stand out.
